After they were upset in Albury in the 1992 World Cup, surely England couldn't lose to Zimbabwe again, could they? This is played at the SCG.

  • Henry Olonga was a good successor to Streak but when he stood up against Mugabe's disgusting humna rights abuses, he was charged with treason and had to retire from cricket and go into hiding. With all the guns in Africa, why the fuck hasn't anyone assassinated Mugabe??

  • No-one's had the guts to do so because they fear that Mugabe's hired goons would get them first.

  • @jslasher1 thats beautiful. Sad to see Zim cricket crumble as it did. Hopefully this new team will do us proud........ hopefully politics doesnt get involved. I also wish Peter Chingoka would just leave. He is part of the problem.

  • @jslasher1

    Awesome sentiments, dude!! I agree.

  • I was at this match. What a bloody great team Zim was at the time.

  • @lankacricket Mugabe has ruined EVERYTHING in Zimbabwe.

  • @afterthesirens Now, you should spell 'legend' with capital letters.

  • @ExtremeSteve Zim were a very good side when they had 'Stack', 'Stump', 'Petals' and 'Gobs'.

  • @azarimanka You miss the point. The crux of the matter is none other than Robert Mugabe. Period!

  • @gamersrule Streaky was forced to retire thanks to that bastard Mugabe. Lately, however, things are looking up again. He is currently the Zim bowling coach.

  • @always4u4ever4ever Doug Marillier had a great sense of humour. At breakfast in Hobart the waitress inquired of him, "may I have your particulars?". Replied Marillier, hardly missing a beat, "yes! handsome, single, and very popular with the ladies!". lol.

  • @shidneck Never much cared for Alistair Campbell as a person, but he wasn't a bad captain overall. Poor Graeme Hick. He used to get quite a bit a 'aggro' from Merv Hughes when England played Australia.
