I used to work out at a gym that I think closed down now, anyway, it was the type of gym that had a punching bag and chalk buckets for grip when you lift the weights. The whole floor was covered in a rubber comfortable to the step matting, setting the weights down was nice with this rubber. There was a multi track CD player in that gym and this album would always be playing, I loved it.
