Deathman, most of those figures are 15mm Peter Pig miniatures. Some of them are 15mm Essex castings. I recommend both manufacturers very highly; Martin at Peter Pig is a wonderful guy and gives serious attention to customer service.
The rules for the game being played are also from Peter Pig.

The miniatures are mostly Peter Pig, but there are some Essex and a couple of other manufacturers scattered through the units. I f you have a question about specific figures let me know which shot they are in and I will find out and tell you.

We used Civil War Battles, by Peter Pig Miniatures from England. They are the best Civil War rules we have ever played and are worth a look if you haven't seen them.
