Trish, LOVE IT. The top B-flats are like shining, liquid silver -- akin to Lucia Popp's best work in this repertoire but with more depth and heft. The clarity of those German vowels is wonderful. I love some of those sounds you find with "ewig" and "liebe," for example. The ascents to the B-flats, whether in the scale passage or the rising minor-third leaps are perfectly handled. What gorgeous singing!! -- Thanks for posting.
