Look at Bill's mouth. It doesn't match up to what he's saying. His dialogue from an earlier scene has been added over his original speech. Plus, there's a different/totally unrelated song in the background.
Yes, its different. In the movie dialogue Bill responds with "I'm sorry, is that supposed to be a question?" instead of "Can't we just forget the past?"

The only thing changed was the music. Dialogue still seems the same to me unless there were some cut out?
