材料:油麵600g、紅羅蔔絲適量、豆芽菜150g、韭菜50g、肉絲100g、蝦米30g、香菇3朵、紅蔥酥20g
調味料:大骨高湯、醬油、烏醋、糖、鹽、雞粉、胡椒粉

做法:
1.起油鍋先爆香香菇、蝦米,再加入肉絲拌炒到泛白散開。
2.加入韭菜白、紅羅蔔絲,炒出香味來,加入醬油、糖、鹽調味。
3.加入高湯煮到滾再加入油麵,轉小火將麵炒開拌勻,蓋上鍋蓋悶一分鐘。
4.加入豆芽菜、雞粉、胡椒粉、紅蔥酥,炒勻即可。
5.加入韭菜綠炒勻,最後加入烏醋炒勻即可起鍋。
