The big bears have such bone density and power behind their swings, it's unlikely any cat could kill a healthy adult 1v1. They also have massive neck muscles, cats would need to bite through that to be able to kill them fast. The difference in bone density and force means it's like hitting a brick with a metal sledgehammer. Cat bones would just crack. That's not to say who is the better fighter, they're just built for different situations. I think the physics favors the bears though.
