It's a very good camera, but it use damn much battery!

The one thing I hate about this camera is that you cannot use the zoom while making movies. The sound will cut out. I thought it was a flaw when I bought mine used, but it was designed this way, for some dumb reason.

@orianamcr rechargeable batteries work best. I use Rayovacs for mine. A little cheaper than Duracell/Energizers but works just as well.

I have one of these, but I prefer my Canon Rebel T2i/EOS 550D :-P

I use Lithium batteries. They work great! Expensive though.

@ironbith Try lithium batteries. They are expensive but they work for 10 times as long.

I love the camera!! But it does eat up batteries, I have to use Lithium or Re-chargeable.

But my camera now freezes up when I have the flash on. Not sure why but when I press the button to take the picture the screen and such freezes.

This happened right after I messed with the aperture. Not sure if this is just coincidence or if it has something to do with the problem.

It works fine if the flash is not on!

If anyone has any help suggestions please message me!

Does anyone else have a problem with it making movies? It wont stay on the setting so i can use the movie setting!
