Fernando Guerrero loses for first time via Technical Knock Out in the 4th round at the Hands of Grady Brewer in the Main event of ESPN friday night fights.
Also Ishe Smith beat this loser Guerrero and got robbed of the decision. It went down to the 10th round and Ishe won that round hands down and had a knock down and the fight was given to Guerrero. They were trying to keep his record clean to get him a big fight but he looks lazy in the ring. Good he lost. He deserved that after stealing a fight from someone that beat him.
@shocktrauma13 Naaaah bra... sorry but in this weight is only going to get worst for him. He is going to face fighters who are bigger, stronger, faster and smarter and anyone can have a bad night but dude! he got beat by Brewer, a man who was slower, older, with multiple injuries and surgeries, someone who has been retired a few times! Guerrero's defense needs a lot of work, his feet movement and jab needs major MAJOR improvement and overall he needs lots of work before he steps up and fights!
@DeathMetalforever Dude you are wrong about Fernando!he was the best amateur and he is the best professional now..But in this fight what you said is mostly right,he didn't work agressively,no countering,no head movement..But he is a very very smart fighter i can beat anybody when he helps in my corner (and i did as a heavweight)
@UNSTABLE111 Of course lets give Brewer the props for winning and lets keep in mind Fernando did not perform himself but what Barry tells him.Fernando used to never cover up like that, always had head movement and counters and he always had great sense of distance.

Stopped too quickly. Right uppercut finished Guerrero.

Stopped too quickly. It was not looking good - but Guerrero just fell down on his own..sort of exhausted - but not knocked out.

@shocktrauma13 I know Fernando will bounce back. This just wasn't his night and you are correct, he didn't fight the way he usually fought.
Also, this year is just full of upsets.
