@kugashira101 Chara is one of the best shutdown defensemen in the league and all time if you ask me, but he'll never be the best fighter because he's too tall to have a good centre of gravity, I think if any coach could pick up any defensemen in the league it would be Chara every time, but he's not the best fighter because of physics, which is fine because you don't need to be the best fighter when you're already the best defensemen in the league, he's got endurance like a fucking gazelle.

@RthereNEusernames Chara isn't brainless i'll admit he doesn't look to bright but you don't become the captain of a team that wins the cup by being a brainless goon, even if you are 6'9. Chara is a very smart player and he's already established himself as one of the greatest shut down defensemen of all time, he's not a good fighter because of simple physics, when you're that tall, not to mention on skates you have a terrible centre of gravity, he fights to defend his teammates not to showoff.

@kugashira101 There is a difference between "best and most physical" and largest.. Chara IS a brainless goon and there are plenty of fighters that could take Chara. The only time you won't see him take majors is if he knows he is gonna get his ass handed to him.
