I've always believed that Carrie is one of the greatest singers out there. She really is a gift from god, and I'm so glad that she walked through the audition doors to American Idol. Her songs often inspires me in ways that no other songs could. I can listen to her sing all day and night and never will I tire of her..

Although I'm not a Taylor Swift hater, I have to disagree to Scott Burchetta's comment: "(Taylor) is the VOICE of her generation". To me, the voice of my generation is Carrie Underwood. Period.

Here, I've compiled some of Carrie's songs sung LIVE and in her CDs. She is definitely one of the most amazing LIVE singers out there. I hope that she'll have a LONG career ahead of her.

Also, I find it very cool that you did a video like this; however, there's a noticeable quality difference between her Live versus CD, it's the audio quality not her vocal qualities, I can hear it on 360p, just saying.

This is a perfect example of what I mean about the difference between Taylor and Carrie.

Taylor sounds good on CD's but HORRIBLE live.

Carrie is amazing on CD's AND is AMAZING live! She is actually better live.

What a GREAT idea for a video! Love this! And Carrie is an absolutely OUTSTANDING live singer, I think she is probably the best actually, along with Kelly Clarkson and Leona Lewis. :) It's amazing to think that Carrie hasn't given one bad live performance in her career. :O In fact she is often better live than on CD. :D

3:15 - 4:32 is my favourite Carrie performance ever, it was flawless!!!

Carrie is as good, or better live. I have seen her live twice now, and I love watching her and her voice is flawless. She is just one AWESOME artist. I don't think there is anyone in the industry that we can compare to Carrie. Even her peers say this. They always talk about Carrie and her singing ability and how she is the greatest artist to come out of Nashville, (OKLAHOMA)!!!

There's only a few differences when she sings live. Obviously when she's in the studio she's standing still. When on stage she's rocking out so it's harder on her breath control. Sometimes there's an off-pitch here & there. At the People's Choice Awards she had a cold. So she couldn't reach the high notes. Her voice cracked when she tried to go for it. Poor thing! But we Carrie fans are willing to look past that because her voice is still 97% same live. Most singers are only 25% at best.

i think this video was kinda of pointless because as you can see everyone sounds good after they have been tuned with computer... but with carrie her voice is just more clear on the CD thats all!! Carrie has true talents!!!!!!!!!!
