My crazy cat talking to his teddy bear (anyone can explain this behaviour?)

Here's the thing. Every time someone Lemon (my cat) likes leave my flat such crazy show occurs. Lemon is taking his best friend Felipe (teddy bear) and starts walking around with him, then leaves him on some place and starts talking. After few seconds he's picking Felipe again and places him on a different spot. This whole scene lasts from few up to ten minutes. Lemon is 100% percent indoor cat, he goes out only accompanied by someone and he's wearing his combat jacket with attached leash.

I know that he looks at me few times and it may look like he's talking to me but he's acting the same even when I pretend to sleep to make him feel more natural.

IF ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN THIS STRANGE BEHAVIOUR I WOULD BE VERY GREAT.

Few facts that might help:

[1] He has got few toy animals but he's performing this act ONLY with Felipe (his FIRTS teddy bear)

[2] He's doing this only when someone he LIKES leaves my flat. Strangers and people he avoid don't trigger this behaviour.
[3] When I come back home sometimes I find Felipe with his face down in an EMPTY food bowl.

[4] He always pick up Felipe gently by the neck, just like adult cat carries his babies

is he neutered? He's probably trying to do Felipe :P my cat used to do that until he got fixed.

Yes He is. And we did it as soon as He was old enough to perform this procedure. Vet told us that he is totally unaware of any sexuality and since he never try it he don't regret what fun he lost forever. We decided that it would be "more ok" if he will never know about those things rather than to suddenly take it away from him.

Hi!! My cat mimi does the same thing: he would carry his favorite (and first toy) the green frog around after my boyfriend or I leave the apt. If a delivery guy comes and leaves, mimi wouldn't do a thing. Mimi wouldnt really carry his other toys. The difference is: If my cat "sees" that I am looking at him while carrying the frog, he would drop the frog and stop. So it makes recording this behavior very hard, I had to remain still after bf leaves in order to create the illusion that I am not in
