so on point that is just what I have been doing F a label I just try to eat the best thing for me whatever makes me feel good but really I have been changing my diet to try to smell better because I don't want to need deoderant or anything just me.

I totally agree with you!! I'm newly Vegan and Iast year was my first year growing vegetables. I'm having a lot of fun learning about where things come from and what are good and bad things to put in your body!!

I have been vegetarian my whole life since birth but not always eathing the most healthy foods. Just a few days ago made some small tweeks to my food. Now cutting out the white rice and white breads/grains/pasta for the brown whole grains. Also eating more fruits and vegetables. Raw sunflower seeds and trying to get more organics. Also as you have seen going to be eating from my organic balcony garden soon!!! Thanks MIKE
