Evil eyes are eyes painted on the front of a sailing ship in Medival times. The point of them were to ward off evil.

I've seen those fucking Evil Eyes. They FUCKING OWN. It's some crazy Astral shit. You can be in complete darkness, with your physical eyes shut, staring into black, and blam it will appear.
