  • @k10sh1r0 - This isn't a kids video game you know. Thousands and thousands of brave soldiers died in WWII. It's not funny in the slightest and for you to actually make a joke about it...wow. I wonder if you'd still think it was funny if you were in the shoes of those soldiers?

  • @Arelak - Certainly it still exists. It didn't go extinct or anything. Look at the superb people in the U.S. military today, all of them *volunteers*. That's about as brave as it gets!

  • @Frosty0001 - We see you voted for Obama.

  • @libertateaaa - What is and why would you say such a thing?

  • @LegionWarrior - Very unlikely. The communist Soviet Union wouldn't stand by and watch as Nazi Germany grew in strength and eventually takeover the Soviet Union, (as they almost did). Initially, the German military had stunning successes as they had spent many years preparing for war, where'as the rest of Europe and the U.S. didn't. This gave Nazi Germany a huge initial superiority. However, once the industrial capacity of the U.S. kicked in, it was game over for Nazi Germany.

  • @flipcherri - If I may, the Hawker Hurricane was an okay plane for what it was, but it was nowhere near the stellar fighter that the Spitfire was. In the Battle of Britain the Spitfire's attacked the escorting German fighter planes to draw them away from protecting their bomber formations, so the Hawker Hurricanes could then go in and mop up the bombers. Without the Spitfire, it is unlikely Britain would have won that air battle.

  • Sigh...the waste of war...so many died...so many lives ended...so many families destroyed. I look forward to the day when the evil will stop and we will finally have peace on earth.

  • also you fail to notice that luftwaffe could not stop spitfire production, which was done in mansions and other secret locations over britain. even when spitfire first saw action over britain, they couldn't be credited with much since much of the air victories were accomplished by the older hurricane fighters and their pilots. plus despite your aircraft being top-notch they had horrible fuel capacity and thus, range. you underestimated the british and her allies in 1940.

  • @TheKraut88 but your slender resource and production ratings and tendency to keep veteran and ace pilots in the air indefinitely meant you did not have much of a reserve for the losses suffered over britain. had you won it would have been pyhrric at best, especially due to the VERY limited abilities of your navy at the time. looking at this, keeping in mind that british pilots were also very skilled, and bolstered by several polish survivors that proved their great potential in poland 1939.

  • @TheKraut88 also keep in mind that german ground forces in the polish campaign lost enough men and equipment to make an entire panzer division, (you could say the man power casualties suffered could even be enough to fill 2 divisions, if you include the wounded) and their air night fighters were useless against british mosquitoes, airplanes literally made of plywood. don't get me wrong, i have respect for the prowess and skill of the regular wwii german soldier. but the allies had men like them.
