Another old video of me dancing too a salt n pepper "push it" remix ft missy/ciara don't ask me where i got it i dunno, some may have already seen this but had to take down due to thiefs so now water marked! :D

I am using a 50mm chrome xpole, you can pick one up at the links above.
My pole is always on static, I do not have any previous dance background, i've been asked many times if i do gymnastics and ballet, the answer is no.
I'm a totally self taught pole dancer, using video's from youtube mainly.
I started in aug/sept 2006, so have been dancing for a year and 9 months now :)

I agree, she is gorgeous and very in shape. If it's not your kind of body, maybe you should consider that you may be gay... which is very fine, just don't slam beautiful woman if you are. And she is also rather talented on the pole, very smooth with the moves if I say so myself, but then I'm a guy ... Thanks for the vid

I wanted to tell you I see major improvement from your earlier dances and they are getting more complex with your routines to music, you are very enjoyable to watch. This is from a retired professional that still dances to keep in shape, keep up the good work.
