  • danger close? ....yeah like, across the street close hahaha

  • @FlagFlyingHigh3 Actually many mortar rounds actually have larger kill radii than howitzer rounds...

  • where did this mortar action take place?

  • o wow, air force observers can call in artillery as well as air strikes. cool. that's good he can call it really close since they might need to call it danger close.

  • @mnpd007 if that was a artillery round they would be dead

  • @GrimThereaper19 so's your grammar

  • @mnpd007 Not Supersonic, by virtue of hearing the whine before the round hits. Were it faster than the speed of sound, you'd hear the explosion first. So, no internets for you.

  • That was no mortar round, guys. Mortars are high-angle, slow-moving rounds that you usually don't even hear passing through the air except for a muted "whoosh" before impact. This is a supersonic field artillery round.

  • I Hope No one got Hurt !!

  • "yeah ok we got the splash" thats it I wouldve been cursing up a storm DANGER CLOSE MOTHER FUCKER DANGER CLOSE
