She's letting people know that celebrities aren't perfect and no oner is perfect. Basically, saying that there is no "perfect" body. Its true because girls are killing themselves to reach this perfect body that doesn't exist!! Sarah wasn't trying to make herself look perfect. She was trying to let people know that perfection is fake and that no one care ever reach it. And you are very ignorant.

I was just wondering Sarah, in your Photoshop Effect video, you were talking about how unrealistic beauty is demanded by the media and stuff, and now, at the end of your videos, you put your photoshopped image. Doesnt that go against everything you said? If you put that to make people think ur body is really like that, than im disappointed cuz ur body is perfectly healthy, but if you put it for a certain reason - my apologies. Please reply. :)

Doesn't this build muscles and add weight ?

Technically yes - however woman don't have enough testosterone to actually build bulky muscles. The added muscle increases your metabolism - burning more calories at rest throughout the day - which will in the long run burn extra body fat and create a leaner physique.
