When you are deaf like me you have to college. Many times the deaf cannot get even menial work without a degree. Its just the way society is because a lot of people, especially employers, still treat the Deaf like they are dumb and stupid.

@kalijasin I am glad that you are going to college. I feel the same about society's view of college. As if only those people who have college degrees are capable of making important decisions.  College is only good for those who truly want to learn, but beyond that the degree system doesn't make people wiser then they already are. I want to know if a business degree is worth anything or not. I keep hearing that people are going for degrees in theater, humanities and other seemingly irrelevant degrees. When it comes to business, I really can't understand how a business degree would be worthless because business is relevant to almost everything that people are involved in. I need to know if I'm wasting my time or not, but I do know that I'm tired of the other integrated schemes, tactics and nonsense of college.

@kltiswhoib You are not wasting your time. Be encouraged that a degree is still worth something. For the persistant and faithful individual all things work together for good. I'm glad I got my degree. My video is about the money that colleges charge and also about being your own teacher because not all teachers give you a good education. It's up to you to fill in the gaps that college leaves out. Blessing to you and your educational journey. :-)

notice that in movies and tv shows they show college students partying and all that bullshit? but they don't show them studying and taking there degress seriusly. that's basically whay college is all about. it's a waste of time and money. for that, I can just go ahng out with friends around town then.
