Geoff is a highly underrated talent. I have all his solo albums and also loved him with Butterfield's Better Days. I also had the pleasure of meeting him once in the mid-1970's after a solo gig in Evanston, IL.
I wish I could play and sing like Geoff. I have tried to emulate his style my whole life, 45 years of singing and playing. the greatest compliment I could receive woudl be if some body said, you sound like Geoff Muldaur.
He's one of the great ones for sure.

Watching the Union Grove Pickers yesterday reminded me of the Muldaurs, Kweskin, those guys. Folk music.! The good stuff!

Geoff is an exceptionally soulful singer and, as seen here, a great raconteur and a real gentleman. One of my musical heroes. . .

Geoff Muldaur is one of the great American musicians. This is an excellent video. I wish someone would do a full-length feature on him.
