Keeping the agenda out of things can be hard. This is why it's so good to read books like the Go-Giver, and read them again and again and again...

For some people it is a push to get out of their comfort zone, even as we display our profile pics on our sites. Facebook and other social sites. Many feel comfortable putting up a pic that is not them, comic characters or what have you. But if we are attempting to create a web presence, we have to "Brand" us. @FriekeKarlovits Yes Frieke, gone is the pushy sales person who thought that everyone wanted to join her business. Now it's just her, doing what she does best, being herself and helping others. If people have a problem with that, tough luck!

@roisinsoconnor Thank you Roisin :) It was quite a nice reminder, that yes, I'm just a person, not an expert, I've got things to work on and I learn new things everyday, I don't have to know everything. Talked to a friend last weekend who's a teacher and her kids thought that since she's a teacher she knows everything and doesn't have to learn anything new :) Kids make me laugh!

@luckyoliver70 Thank you for your comment Oliver. Sometimes it feels like we're not "real people" because of the work we do. Makes me think about how important it also it so have a duplicateable system that our team can plug into. I'm just a person, I don't know everything! And yes, I do make mistakes, but it's all a learning process and I can just advise people to not make the same mistakes I did.
