One of the last days Sticklepath hill was open before traffic was redirected over the 'new' roundabout. The old RGB site before it got hit by a bomb and turned into bloody retirment homes. Before the pottington stretch was modified. A little fun on the dual carriage way, staying under 50 of course.

  • that had nothing to do with the bypass

  • I've copied this from the info for you "One of the last days Sticklepath hill was open before traffic was redirected over the 'new' roundabout."

It's everything to do with the bypass as it's the old route before the bypass was opened. Hope this helps.

  • This video has been officialy classed by the North Devon Journal as "mundane"! Your famous lol

  • My famous lol ? heh. I don't think they get the point.

Hey ND Journal! It's not meant to be snazzy. Driving through Barnstaple can't be made to look anything other than "mundane". It's purely for reference. In 10 years time, it will be seen as: "cor, look at the state of the traffic"

  • Thanks for pointing this Journal entry out. It's online at

    northdevonjournal . c o . u k

Search for 'NUDE BIKER CAUGHT ON CAMERA'

  • why ??

  • If you don't live here it probably won't make much sense. If you do drive around this area, then why watch it :P

  • It will be interesting to see how the traffic lights on the south side roundabout will affect the traffic. I have also noticed how on the odd occasions pottington lights or the square lights are out, there is less traffic! I suppose dead traffic lights are no use to peds tho. :(

  • Crikey! Top of Sticklepath Hill to Asford in under 6 mins, must be a record. Makes you wonder why we need the bridge:)
