Tourism minister Najib Balala now says he will not be intimidated over what he claims is speaking the truth against poor leadership. Speaking in Mombasa, the Mvita MP who together with his agriculture counterpart William Ruto are at odds with prime minister Raila Odinga said he will continue to speak out and appeared to accuse the PM of dictatorship.
