On August 10, 1969, two men's lives were forever changed in the A Shau Valley in Vietnam. With their line positions switched, one man died and the other survived, forever affected by the guilt, and the trauma of the war. Worse still, years later, the US Army claims he was never in combat thus denying him a Combat Infantryman's Badge and some benefits that he needs in his senior years.
