It's the PAL version aka European.

The PAL version was leaked early but not in a complete build

Keep in mind that this was intended to be more substance than flash unlike previous Budokai games (Being that it's an arcade original) - and previous games dating back on the SNES were even more limited, with no transformations at all :p

I heard one thing that, to me, makes this game absolutely flawed. Each character only gets one transformation. Now, lets think about this, that means goku, vegeta, gohan and trunks can only get to SSJ 1? Thats just stupid. So, No SSJ 2, SSJ 3 OR SSJ 4? Wow, thats just truly dissapointing. No wonder the guy at my local gamestop said it wasn't on the A List.

I notice the names are in English, as is everything else.. But the music, voices and text are still their original japanese. Does this mean there's an option to revert it all back to default? @_@

a good fighting game doesnt need more than about 20 characters, n this will have 18. to be honest, im only gnna be the saiyans, lol. but anyways...fighting games definetely dont need stories.
