  • If you understand what Jill Bolte Taylor is saying, this will change your life in a positive direction. If you do not understand what she is sayng, start your journey. This is a trip worth beginning. Jill's recounting of her experience may well be the most important event of our century. The implications of her findings are mind-altering. I am an educational psycholgist and i have adapted with success several interventions as a result of her expereince. Thank you, Jill.

  • @ideapaloalto I originally taped this for a friend in Australia who does not get to see the Oprah should in real time. I was shocked yesterday to see how may views it has gotten. And very glad it has not been pulled from YT because as you said her story and documenting it has had profound effects like on people such as yourself.

  • I am a stroke survivour. I had my first stroke at 47 and have subsequently had 7 more. Five of those I was unaware of. I have had 2 indepth neurophsychological testings, I have what is likened to ADD (attention deficit disorder). I have trouble processing and working memory is poor. No rehab has ever been given and no cause was discovered. I'd like to hear how Jill's recovery happened.

  • I totally agree with Jill. I had a stroke a year ago and of course at first thought it was the worst thing that could of happened but because of the ways that it has changed me positively I have to admit it was a blessing in disguise. I would not have trully realized what I do now. What is REALLY important in this short span of life that is given to us. It is definitely an experience you can not forget.

  • @ehaww

Really? I am researching this topic myself right now, what was your experience?

  • I would like to have a sitdown with her as I have had a brain aneurysm.
