@utubeme98 That was always Miss Ross beef with the show. Not to mention that the character who is supposed to be based on her is viewed as the lesser talented one who didnt deserve the right to shine.

I`m sorry for anyone who did not have the opportunity to see this original cast on Broadway under the direction of Michael Bennett. Every performance was beyond expectations. I don`t know how these women did night after night.

Does any know what the beef was between J.Holliday & S.L. Ralph for them not to have spoken to each other since the ending of DreamGirls?? J.Holliday made it clear that she and Loretta remained in touch and still do after DreamGirls, but she never mentioned about S.L.Ralph other than they haven't spoken to each in 13 after Divas Simply Singing back in the day. @Karnomiyao Do You have the full play of this clipping?

This was truely wonderful and remarkable. Thanks for the post. Sheryl Lee Ralph, Loretta Devine and Jennifer Holiday the original Dream Girls. So much better than the movie with Beyonce, Anika Noni Rose and Jennifer Hudson. The play was so much better. All the original cast should of made cameos in the movie. These girls can still sing their behinds off. True talent and beauty. Thanks again for the Post.

oh my goooodness this brought tears to my eyes and gave me chills. im 32 and i have always loved this!!!!!! you just dont undersatnd..... and the harmonies...wow....lets only imagine beyonce j hud and anika will sound like this in 25 years and have the same effect
