God-given rights should never be violated, which is why the Constitution enumerates rights that all human beings possess and makes no exceptions in its restrictions on the federal government. Because rights are God-given and possessed by all, the rights to trial by jury and against torture are not limited to only those who are deemed good citizens by government officials.

Obama admits to not follow the Constitution

It is not true that US invaded Iraq for their resources. No learned person can believe that.-
I disagree, many learned people have drawn that exact conclusion.I do agree the Ego may have played a role (junior wanted to out do daddy)And if that is true it is shameful behavior for a president to indulge in. The major motivating factors were money and control (see PNAC docs). Saddam was a stabilizing
influence, the US wanted instability in the region in order to control itDivide & Conquer.

It is not true that US invaded Iraq for their resources. No learned person can believe that. However an amount of personal ego/animosity might have also influenced his ( President Bush) decision to go to war. But Saddam Hussain was threat to everyone around him.

"the thousands of mistakes and crimes by Saddam justify the overthrow of that regime"- You might think that... but wasn't the reason given for the invasion of Iraq that they had Weapons of Mass Destruction and posed an imminent threat to the US?
It was only after they discovered that there weren't any that they changed the excuse to 'helping the Iraqi people'.
"Iraqi people are basically fanatical and illogical which led to more violence" - which is exactly why it was stupid to topple saddam

US could have bombed and retreated from there, instead they stay put and sacrificed may young american lives for the people of Iraq. There are mistakes, but the thousands of mistakes and crimes by Saddam justify the overthrow of that regime. Iraqi people are basically fanatical and illogical which led to more violence. Appreciate your attempt to explain.

"sacrificed many young american lives for the people of Iraq" -
These young Americans were not sacrificed for the Iraqi people, they were sacrificed so that the US can control the Middle East and therefore the resources(Oil and natural Gas)and put into motion the pipeline accross the middle east plan. If it was about helping people why didn't the US invade Rwanda (or any number of other countries involved in genocide)? Please understand that the US foreign policy is motivated by self interest
