If you do your research you'll find out that fat can't become muscle and muscle can't become fat. They are 2 totally different body tissues. The whole idea of turning fat into muscle is a myth. The reason why big people often lose weight and then look muscular is because they have muscle underneath their bodyfat, so when they lose the fat you can actually see their muscle. But the fat didn't magically turn into muscle.

There's no secret or magic about abs, you simply need to work out your ass off until you see some progression. Cheers!

@sillick08 Lower abs are the most difficult to see... You must continue what you're doing and it should works.
You could do that:
Lie on your back, legs up vertically and try to touch your feet with your hands. :)
hey lee im bulking up but can i still lose my abdominal fat because i still eat good not too much carbs and no carbs at night

It's unlikely that you'll lose much bodyfat if you are in a caloric surplus. To really get lean you'll have to follow a true fat loss diet plan, not just a "clean bulking" eating plan.

@leemhayward oh and something else, i ill be doing my ab exercises 3 times a week and in my rest days ill be running for 15 minutes, is that ok? i wont burn any muscle will i?

When I'm dieting for fat loss I'll average an hour of cardio per day. Muscle isn't as fragile as everyone thinks, it's not like you are going to shrivel away by doing some cardio.
