The US is suffering from "profiteering" not capitalism. I have worked at my own business, factories, both union and non-union. the problem is "inside deals" and "golf course" politics. Those decidions are to be made by a board, or group, but instead are made by cronies

Glad for free speech. I don't agree with everything you said but I thought you did a good job presenting it. Well done.

If you look to history, this all happens every 200-400 years, dating back to the 1600's we "surf's" have to overthrow the "Lords" ... those who do not study history are doomed to repeat it. (George Santayana) 1906

Either-or thinking is what sets us all up for constant war-making, exploitation, subversion & domination by extremist competing interests. Capitalism under western political/military 'management' has become an organizational ideal used to legitimize instigation & provocation of antagonistic conflict by exploiting any & all opposition to total domination. Even most modest social democracies were subverted &/or attacked because they didn't embrace neoliberal practices like predatory central banks.

The inherant flaw of capitalism IS its vulnerability to insider subversion, subject to monopoly exploitation by a highly-motivated, ruthless & unprincipled coordinated organization unified by exclusive priveleged opportunistic interests acting to further their minority-stake domination as per Mafia-like Cartel network alliances. Another flaw is it tends to maximize narrow self-interest, appropriating profits while deflecting social costs like pollution, fraud & societal inequality consequences.

Mah its the truth but I'll take capitalism over Communism any day, at least in a capitalist society there is a chance for a slave to become a master.

    TASSOS512 <This fucking guy!

Why does the Tea Party incessantly draw lines between corporations & capitalism when corporations are the biggest FUCKING CAPITALISTS in the world? And you all say that "we don't have capitalism but corporatism" even though private industry is still running the game of production, distribution and exchange with corporations being the most successful of all businesses. Why can't you just be straight about your evil intentions for the world?

capitalism is an economic ideology. the banking system and corporate world took advantage and corrupted the system. but capitalism itself brought the greatest progress to humanity ever known. socialism took half the world back a century, you should know.
