Very nice! There is a restaurant nearby that, I swear, sold their soul to the devil for the best artichoke recipe in the world. However, your video might prove to show an easier way.

Your mother is right. I don't bother taking the seeds out because they fall off during the cooking. Another good dip is 1 cup of mayo and 1 Tb of soy sauce, add a dash of tabasco. YUM!
