Reza opposes fighting back against those that start a war of civlization... and his reason is that it validates their position. How does that validate their position? A ludicrous statement. Their position is that Islam should take over the world. When they use jihad to achieve their goal, I would say we are right to fight back. The risk of validating their position and empowering them is non-existent. They are ALREADY an empowered and influencial group. We can't ignore them away.
