Monks Playing Guitar

At the west end of Qinghai lake there is a peninsula called "Bird Island", where each year tens of thousands of birds come to lay their eggs in the springtime, some species even crossing the Himalayas to do so. Near Bird Island, located halfway up a tall hill, there is a small monastery occupied by several lamas and several dozen monks. In this video, two of the younger monks sing some basic Tibetan songs whose meaning is difficult for them to translate into Chinese.
