Yes PER MINUTE.in 2009 he signed a $787 billion stimulus bill that was going to hold national unemployment beneath 8% instead unemployment jumped to 9.1% .. Obama has spent more in four years than every single president COMBINED.. From Washington to now.. The only thing you know is his skin color... moron
