I got it from Stampin Up. It's called Frost White Shimmer Paint. Item number 116854 for $5.95. You can go to SU to find a local demo. You should be able to order it and add it onto to someone's party so you'd only pay the 10% shipping. You can use it like I did in the video to stamp directly. Or you can use it to make your own shimmer mist. I've had the same bottle for about 2 years. It lasts a long time.
