I accidently hit the wrong end of the rating scale when I meant to give you a "5" for doing such a nice job on showing how to string the Ukulele. Sorry for goof up.

You actually make this look easy! I am totally going to give it a try! I want to restring my cheap Mahalo with some better strings and this has finally convinced me to give it a go! Thank you!

what's the little machine called ?

Thanks so much for the detailed instructions. I was able to string my uke CORRECTLY! It's just a cheap old plastic toy uke, but with Martin strings it sounds pretty darn good.

Thank you for the video! Does anyone know were to get the best strings possible. I bought a quite inexpensive ukulele (I am a beginner) for the body itself, but the strings are very crappy, so I'll have to get new ones.

I would wait unless you are putting on better strings than the ones that came with it. Probably only need to change strings six months to nine months depending on how often you play it.
