Brilliant exposition of the richness of the classic Thomistic theology of grace with some references to Cajetan and Bernard Lonergan. Fr. Cessario wrote an important monograph on this theme of divine friendship in the soteriology of Aquinas.

Great and enlightening theology, thanks.

Very illuminating! However, the context speaks more of 'Divine Friendship' than what is suggested by the title.
