  • I've been in the 785 Plumbers and Pipe-fitters Union for 36 years, but mostly pipe fitting and pipe welding 99% of the time, I've seen a lot of plumbers sweat pipe, but you are one of the best good work your connections are perfect.

  • @jedediahbc You are very kind, thanks! Congrats on the union time, I've been the union for nearly 12 years. Their classes and teaching are second to none. It also helped that I was an apprentice to my dad and brother, two of the best plumbers I know!

  • This was excellent!. Going to tackle under the sink tomorrow. So much corrosion and frozen valves. Need to add a line for refrigerator freezer. Your teaching is superb. I love the clarity and repetition. I can now see what I need to do in my mind's eye. Thanks. Wish you had one for adding a valve. Okay here we go.

  • @maryfahning Thanks! I love to teach. Good luck on your project, message me with any questions!

  • How about some more videos? The production and editing is on point.

  • @slavik626 Thank you very much. Video editing and graphic design/media are a passion of mine. More videos will be on their way in the spring!

  • @UVDan It's possible that a piece of solder may have dropped down your torch tip and solidified ( it's happened to me ). When you move the torch it cuts off the gas flow. Shake your torch, if you hear a rattle in the tip, it's probably solder. Thanks for all the kind words!

  • A wonderful video. Everything a tutorial should be. I notice that sometimes you have your torch angled down slightly. When I do that my flame gets huuuuuuuuuuge and the torch blows itself out. Am I using a defective torch? Or is it my technique which is defective?

  • @gronkulous Wow! Very kind words. I'm glad that I could help loosen the shackles in your prison of plumbing!

  • @sean2323231 Thanks for watching. If you're going into HVAC you'll be doing some brazing...I see a tutorial in the future!
