  • haha so many jealous dudes commenting on this exercise when it's not even about precision or form, just strength building. i guess this is what happens when you expose a bunch of overly sensitive kids to a guy that looks much better than them. Jealousy is an ugly trait girls.

  • The trick is, if you are a boxer, to implement the strength routine, but keep your proper form. He is actually throwing a lot better punches than most personal trainers, so I'd cut him a break on the technique.

  • @ClassicFilipino69 You dont have to, it only makes you hit harder, hit further and when trowing a large series of punches, u will be less tired.

  • @NiCkStA720 so why do they tell you to pivot on your foot when no one does it?

  • @ticklishpenguin i was going to say his input on form and stance is dedicated towards not losing balance when throwing the punch and focusing power on the movement. And everything he says is pretty basic for what it's worth and thats the point of it, again, this isn't meant to train anyone into a pro athlete just an excercise that already accomplished athletes can use to condition and maintain. But it seems like you already got that.
