MADNESS BED & BREAKFAST MAN KEYBOARD COVER

This is my cover of Bed & Breakfast Man,as requested by davins100.
Ive done this live version from the Hammersmith Odeon 23.12.80 gig,which for me is Madness`s best ever live recording!!
This is such a brilliant version of this song,as Barso has changed the organ part,& is much more interesting to play, & to listen to.
Im playing the bass guitar part with my left hand & having to use a foot pedal to make the glide to the upper F# note,which Bedders does in the song.This aint easy to do with your left foot,whilst im also switching Leslie speeds with my right foot & of course playing with both hands!!!

Its also great to hear that you think ive got it right,& that this gig is their best ever recording.Also if anybody is gonna understand what im talking about with the glide up to the upper F# note on the bass part,it will be you!!

@MrNuttylee7 Yeh mate you nailed it, as usual. What I love about that particular concert is that the organ and the bass are up high in the mix (particulary the organ). You can hear parts of the songs that you couldn't hear in the original records or even other live gigs. I get exactly what you mean mate, altho I've always slid to high E on the G string. I watched the Bed & Breakfast man video and there's a close up of bedders playing at one point. He does alternate tho and adlib quite a bit
