Thanks for the video! My 15 month old was watching with me and at the end she gave Jonas a high five haha

Why type of fabric is that? It looks stretchy

Why would they do that its SAFER for them to be in a carrier when you land than just in your arms....that is so stupid!!! anyways my son is pushing 40 pounds and I had a ring sling that was stolen and someone gave me a wrap that I have NEVER used so I am watching toddler videos.

Jonas is no baby. He is an old man. Ready to move out and buy a car soon. Compared to my kid, at least.

ok, thanks for all the info. your video is particularly helpful because your son is as "squirmy" as mine. appreciate you posting it.
Hi, How much does he weigh? How comfy is this in a prolonged sitting position? I have a 16 mo old who has to sit on my lap for 5 hours on a plane-probably asleep. Helpful video, btw.

That right there is about 30lbs of trouble I'm strapping on. The biggest problem I would have with wearing him on a plane at this point is how long his legs are, not his weight. At 16 months you should be ok. I've worn my son on a plane a few times and it was a lot easier and comfier for both of us - he just slept for most of the flight, and I had both hands for snacks, my book, etc. Warning - the flight attendants will make you take him out for take off and landing. Who knows why.
