I got a 74 but I saw one while playing. Your guide doesn't touch one in the area at the beginning. (go left for those of you who didn't get it).

There is an achievement from just collecting springfield as well, but it pertains to all characters/icons in springfield.

Right on, you have to collect all characters' collectibles in Springfield for that one and all of a single characters across all episodes and Springfield for the others.
