HOLLA I am going to teach you how to ride the best metro in the world, in Paris, France. This is the newest station, line 14, that passes by Bercy (where they're hosting BNP Paribas tennis master series Paris tournament). Man missed the automatic metro too almost!

  • i noticed there is one line that uses rubber, any idea why they chose that? i personally prefer metal on metal ^.^

  • @ray72079

it's the subway line 14. It's a brand new automatic line. this is actually the beginning of the line (or the end depends of your direction) The station is "Olympiades" in the 13th district of Paris also called Chinatown.

  • what train was that?

  • Love it! Thanks. I'm going to use to teach my high school French III class about the Metro.

  • yeah, gotta love line 14, it makes it so much faster to get from chatelet to the SE!

  • I like the old metro train with the latches. I remember the 1st time I used the metro & has a slight panic in seeing people standing close to the door & moving their arm slightly & the door opening. Studied the latch, of course it was easy. Funny.
