@Nintendofan4ever You can get HDLC from connecting via WiFi with someone who has it, not has it as in an item that they have ever had in their inventory, but having it in their system, it will always be there, unless you hack it to get it out. HDLC are basically like invisible STDs.

@Pikapikachu071 HDLC means Hacked Downloadable Content. You can only get it by hacking, but I never hack my Wii
