They cannot be any more than that unless you can show these bible statements to be factual. Now some things are, such as geographical locations, or even some events, where others are not. An example of this is the Exodus. But the area I'm concerned with is any supernatural claim. None can be validated. There's no evidence for any of them.
Truth surge is out of his league here. When Paul said that these people saw it , those people were still alive and others at that time could ask them. Something changed Paul from a hater of Christians to one of the greatest teachers of Christianity. If not a miraculous vision , what? Certainly not to be popular in a time of persecution of Christians. He gave up everything for his beliefs.
