@therealjordanblue i simply didnt have the time to add the description yet. the brainwave settings here do not exceed 20 hz and normally peoples beta waves range anywhere from 13 hz to 40 hz. this isnt intended to be used as meditation or have as big of an impact as theta sound journeys. i want to make a small collection of these tracks and offer them free with my deep theta tracks to be used after a deep session(to regain alertness)

Beta frequencies are too high to relax and meditate. Only frequences below 13Hz as alpha, delta and theta are healing.
