@hermancando, Dear Hermy, The Stahl house is tiny but has big views. you could build a better place than this on your large site. . This house is only great because of the view and that Los Angeles doesn't have many houses with uninterupted panoramic views. . Compared with say, Sydney or Hong Kong. . You know this Stahl house is rentable by the week? You could stay and find out its downsides. . Cheers. from, del-boy.

true--im sure the planning would be expensive----i have a 40 acre lot in the mohave desert and have about 10 acres of hill side and that would be my dream home style---
