Just curious, how did you get the unaired portion?
I vividly remember taping this episode...and raising an eyebrow when they came back from commercial and replayed part of the first segment. XD

When WRC screwed up the broadcast, I called and was directed to the producer of "It's Academic". When I explained what had happened on the air, the producer had WRC burn the show to a DVD for me, and I was able to edit in the correct ending of the show that way. Under normal circumstances, they don't provide copies of the show, though.
