@kanohane This one guy i went to school with had to register as a sex offender because of somthing like this and now he sits in one of the TDCJ units in south texas for failing to register . Oh yes im well aware of how 12 year old boys think , i was one 9 years ago . lol

ps.... Florida arrested a 12 year old for farting in class. And kids are being arrested for skipping school as well.

I was never the bully in school. Nor did i even worry about being a sex offender. But then again, I was raised when it was ok to spank your kids. Then one day it came to pass if YOU spank your kid..u can go to jail and be taken to court and put on probation for 5 years by Judge Jose Longoria and told spanking is illegal. So then when THIS happens...why is anyone surprised?

these r 12 y.o. children. it is up to the parents to punish them, not the judicial system. they take freedom from everyone little by little in moments like these. it is almost imperceptable the freedom that is being taken as people would rather be caught up in the drama of arguing whether what these children did was right or wrong and therefore justifies what the government has done to them and their families; it is the most insidious of plans to place people under their control.

@BahamutElDiablo I agree. People are way to sensitive about this. Stop worrying about those kids. Do something about the corrupt politicians. Punish the kids and be done with it,. They don't deserve all this.
