@ps1211 No, at first the Arbiter was the highest rank possible for Sangheili but then became a disgrace, from then on if you became The Arbiter you would die sooner or later and not be brought along the Great Journey. The Arbiter was always almost sent on suicide mission, to die with the last bit of honor he had left.
